HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG HÀM IF

MICROSOFT EXCEL 2007

1. Cú pháp:

        =if(biểu thức logic,giá trị đúng,giá trị sai)

2. Hoạt động hàm:

          Hàm kiểm tra biểu thức logic, nếu biểu thức logic đúng hàm nhận giá trị đúng ngược lại (biểu thức logic sai) hàm nhận giá trị sai.

3. Các dạng hàm if:

3.1. If đơn:

Cho bảng tính sau:

Yêu cầu:

1.    Tính Thưởng: Nếu xếp loại A thì thưởng 500000 còn lại không được thưởng.

2.    Tính Phụ cấp: Nếu Ngày công >=26 ngày thì phụ cấp 300000 còn lại không phụ cấp

-        Biểu thức logic: Xếp loại A (E7=“A”)

-        Giá trị đúng: 500000

B3: Sao chép công thức cho các ô từ F8 đến F11

          2. Tính Phụ cấp:

Phân tích câu hỏi:

-        Biểu thức logic: Ngày công >=26 (D7>=26)

-        Giá trị đúng: 300000

3.2. If lồng nhau

Các phiên bản office từ 2007 trở đi, Excel có thể lồng tối đa 64 điều kiện trong 1 công thức.

Cho bảng tính sau:

Yêu cầu:

Tính Tổng điểm = Toán + Lý + Hoá

                    Cộng thêm 1 điểm vào Tổng điểm cho học sinh đạt Đạo đức A

                    Cộng thêm 0.5 điểm vào Tổng điểm cho học sinh đạt Đạo đức B

                    Trừ Tổng điểm đi 1 cho học sinh đạt Đạo đức D

                    Các loại Đạo đức khác giữ nguyên Tổng điểm.

Đối với yêu cầu này chúng ta có thể hiểu:

Nếu đạo đức loại A thì tổng điểm + 1 (Toán + Lý + Hoá +1)

Nếu đạo đức loại B thì tổng điểm + 0.5 (Toán + Lý + Hoá + 0.5)

Nếu đạo đức loại D thì tổng điểm – 1 (Toán + Lý + Hoá -1)

Còn loại đạo đức khác giữ nguyên tổng điểm (Toán + Lý + Hoá)

          Trong hàm if ta sẽ thay cách tính Tổng điểm (Toán + Lý + Hoá) bằng hàm Sum(toán,lý,hóa) như sau

          Nếu vào làm từ năm 1995 trở về trước và bằng cấp là ThS  được hưởng hệ số thâm niên là 0.3

          Nếu vào làm từ 1996 đến hết năm 2000 được hưởng hsố thâm niên là 0.2, còn không hsố là 0.1

1.    Tính lương:

2.    Tính Thâm niên:

Yêu cầu:

1.    Tính điểm trung bình các môn (toán hệ số 2)

2.    Xếp loại được tính như sau:

Nếu điểm TB >=8 và không có môn nào < 7 thì loại giỏi

Nếu 7 <= điểm TB < 8 và không có môn nào < 6.5 thì loại khá

Nếu 5 <= điểm TB < 7 và không có môn nào < 5 thì loại T bình, còn lại xếp loại yếu

1.    Tính điểm trung bình

Tại ô F7 nhập hàm: =AVERAGE(C7:E7,D7)

                       hoặc  =AVERAGE(C7,D7,D7,E7)

2.    Xếp loại: Tại ô G7 nhập hàm:

CÁCH GIẢI BÀI TOÁN TÌM KIẾM TRONG EXCEL 2007

          Trong Excel, hàm VLOOKUP() và HLOOKUP() là hai hàm đặc trưng cho các bài toán về tìm kiếm. Nhưng thực tế chúng ta có thể sử dụng thêm hàm IF() với dạng bài trên. Trong bài viết này tôi xin giới thiệu cách sử dụng các dạng hàm trên để giải quyết cho cùng một bài toán liên quan đến vấn đề tìm kiếm.

          Dưới đây tôi sẽ lấy ví dụ minh họa một bài tập có trong giáo trình đang giảng dạy cho học sinh trường Dự bị Đại học Trung ương. Hướng dẫn học sinh giải bài toán về tìm kiếm bằng các hàm khác nhau.

Bài TH số 18: trang 187

Yêu cầu: Sử dụng hàm thích hợp để điền tên báo và đơn giá vào bảng tính BÁO CÁO DOANH THU BÁO CHÍ (TÊN BÁO, ĐƠN GIÁ: dựa vào bảng phụ MAHH)

Với yêu cầu của bài toán trên ta có thể sử dụng các cách sau để giải quyết bài toán

Cách 1:  Dùng hàm tìm kiếm theo cột để tìm kiếm Tên báo theo từng Mã HH từ bảng phụ.

VLOOKUP(Lookup_value, Table_array, Col_index_num, Range_lookup).

Trong đó:

          + Lookup_value: điều kiện tìm kiếm

       + Table_array: vùng tìm kiếm

       + Col_index_num: cột chứa giá trị cần tìm

       + Range_lookup: kiểu tìm kiếm (0 hoặc 1); với 0 là dò tìm tuyệt đối,

                                                                            còn 1 là dò tìm tương đối

Bảng phụ gồm 3 cột:

Cột 1: chứa mã HH

Cột 2: chứa tên báo tương ứng với từng mã hàng

Như vậy ta xác định các thành phần sau:

-         Điều kiện tìm kiếm: Mã mặt hàng của các tên hàng

-         Vùng tìm kiếm: Bảng phụ là vùng ô I4:K8

-         Số thứ tự cột chứa giá trị tìm kiếm: Là cột số 2 (cột chứa tên báo bảng phụ cấp)

-         Kiểu tìm kiếm: 0 (là kiểu dò tìm tuyệt đối)

Khi đó ta sẽ thực hiện tìm kiếm tên báo tại bảng tính như sau:

Tại ô C3 của cột Tên báo nhập hàm: VLOOKUP(B3,$I$4:$K$8,2,0)

 

Sau đó copy công thức của ô C3 xuống phía dưới các ô còn lại cột TÊN BÁO sẽ tìm được tên các loại báo tương ứng với MAHH

 Cách 2: Dùng hàm logic IF() để tìm kiếm Tên báo dựa vào Bảng phụ

IF(bt_logic,gtri_dung,gtri_sai)

Trong đó:

          + bt_logic: điều kiện kiểm tra của hàm IF

          + gtri_dung: nếu bt_logic có giá trị True.

          + gtri_sai: nếu bt_logic có giá trị False.

Dựa vào bảng phụ xác định được điều kiện của bài toán: bảng phụ cho 4 điều kiện tìm kiếm Tên báo. Vậy xác định được số hàm IF() cần dùng trong yêu cầu của bài toán là 3 hàm IF() lồng nhau.

Cách tính như sau:

Tại ô C3 của cột Tên báo nhập hàm: IF(B3=“TT”, “Tuổi trẻ”,IF(B3=“TN”, “Thanh niên”,IF(B3=“PN”, “Phụ nữ”,“Công an”)))

Copy công thức của ô C3 xuống phía dưới các ô còn lại cột TÊN BÁO sẽ tìm được tên các loại báo tương ứng với MAHH

Tương tự, cột ĐƠN GIÁ chúng ta làm như trên.

Nhận xét: Dạng bài toán cho dữ liệu ở hai bảng chính và bảng phụ; yêu cầu dựa vào bảng phụ để tìm kiếm dữ liệu và tham chiếu vào bảng chính. Khi đó chúng ta có thể sử dụng một trong hai cách trên để giải quyết yêu cầu của bài. Tuy nhiên, dựa vào bảng phụ ta có thể biết được khi nào dùng được cả hai cách trên. Trong trường hợp bảng phụ chứa nhiều dữ liệu để tìm kiếm thì ta nên dùng hàm tìm kiếm VLOOKUP() hoặc HLOOKUP(). Như vậy việc tìm kiếm sẽ nhanh và chính xác.

            It is great to have pen pals. In my opinion, friendship is among the meaningful relations in our life. Many of my friends have pen pals and they correspond regularly.
